Sounds like the audio is working fine (no pun intended)
but you have a problem with the video. Perhaps an
audio newsgroup isn't the best place to ask about a
video question.

There seems to be some discussion about that model and

I'm not personally aware of any Usenet newsgroups chartered
for discussion of home entertainment systems, but maybe
somebody else knows one?

I fixed it.
It was in HMDI mode.
You have to press the SUBWOOFER button to change modes.

Works great now.
