I've downloaded it too, Jenn. It's very poorly mixed and obviously needs a
lot of work so I've loaded it into my computer and am busy remixing it now.
I'll let you know when I've finished.

It's not a multitrack master, the sources are already panned, so anybody who
has a clue about mixing is, knows it can't be remixed.
However, it might benefit from being remastered.
But musicially speaking, I don't know why. Kinda ham-handed playing, but the
most serious problem is: no soul. Recording too tightly miced.

I know Arny -- why don't you upload (or otherwise make available) some
of your work so we can experience some music with "soul"?

One reason - I'm only the recordist, its not just my work.

I'd like to hear some Kroocordings that are ratted.

LOL!
As long as they're not "too tighly ratted". That would never do.

Only a select few are permitted to hear them, by contractual
arrangment. Mere mortals are de-included. Presumably the recordings
contain so much soul, they have to be restrained within the confines
of a church.
Speaking of trapped souls.. I do have an album length version of Arny
Kruegers "The Scream", if being subjected to 45 minutes of sonic
torture wets your whistle.

Arny is being truthful when he speaks of this. He can't post
copyrighted or otherwise owned recordings without permission. It's not
ethical. He largely records his church groups and school groups. I
applaud his ethics on this. That said, it would be quite easy to get
the permission if he wanted to share his work.

You don't need to spell out the obvious Jenn, it was not meant to be
taken literally...

Jen, after a while you will automatically just ignore the juvenile
antitheist rants of most of the players here. They are just part
of the "self-noise" that any communication system suffers from.

Remember that permission from the performers is one thing,
but permission from the copyright owners is quite something
else. It seems rather brash (and inexperienced) to declare it
to be "quite easy" without knowing any details.
