little OT keeping a window on top
Does anyone know if its possible to keep one window on top of all others at
all times?
Reason I ask is I'm going through some tutorials and would like the
instructions to stay where I can see them in the corner of the screen while
I punch in the various numbers and stuff into the program I'm working on.

Right click the title bar of a window, and select 'Always on top'.

Yes, but only some programs offer that option. I use a terrific freeware
utility called PowerMenu that adds this feature to all programs. Get it
