 mixer man and other books
It been some time since I read (the online version). I read somewhere
(maybe here I don't know) that the band was a composite of many bands he's
worked with. I'm curious if more about the person and people his book is
about have become known?

It's no longer online, you have to buy the book now.

Actually looks like the original diaries are there to read, but the book is
not available to purchase anymore. The sales page says the store is closed.
