A new website developed to empower the buyer. It works on the new
concept of NEGOTI-AUCTIONS. It is a three step process:

1. Buyers of same/similar items form a CLUB.
2. Invite sellers to bid on the club items - A REVERSE AUCTION.
3. Once the sellers bid, the moderator NEGOTIATES with the
sellers for
